Description

We have an opportunity for Senior Cybersecurity Architect to join a growing team in our Krakow office. You will participate in establishment and maintenance of security development lifecycle best practices within Honeywell Aerospace role will be responsible for assessing and evaluating the security posture of a variety of Aerospace products and technologies.

This is a hybrid role 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Honeywell Aerospace products and services are used on virtuallyeverycommercial defense and aircraft engines cockpit andcabin electronics wireless connectivitysystems mechanical components. Ourhardware and software solutions help create fuel-efficient aircrafts on-timeflights and safer skies.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main interface with assigned portfolio of Aerospace products and ensure onboarding and completion of all security development lifecycle activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering in secure-by-default architecture selection and enabling the team to design deliver and deploy secure systems in compliance with industry standards.
  • Support and manage product security process activities including security requirements definition threat modelling code reviews cyber risk assessments as well as Aerospace Cyber safety risk management activities.
  • Follow Aerospace defined processes to verify correctness and completeness of required cyber certification documentation and cyber security test activities.
  • Collaborate with product safety and enterprise security functions to ensure compliance of regulatory requirements such as NIS2 and EASA Part IS
  • Help conduct continuous improvement activities that define measure visualize and improve key cyber security assurance metrics.
  • Coach less experienced team members provide training as required and demonstrate best practices through hands-on involvement in all cyber related activities.


Qualifications
  • University education in computer science or software engineering electrical engineering or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in developing architecting and implementing enterprise industrial or embedded class cyber security solutions.
  • Experience in software development practices.
  • Expertise in threat modeling SAST DAST Offensive Red Teaming or Penetration Testing.
  • Technical certifications are not required but considered an asset are: CISSP CSSLP
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills to work cross functionally with internal and external customers communication skills to present to broad audiences from technical to executive levels.
  • Understanding/Knowledge of global frameworks and standards like NIST BSIMM RTCA DO-178C DO-326A DO-355 DO-356A EASA Part IS GDPR ISO 27001 etc.
  • Previous exposure to Aerospace industry testing aircraft avionics systems civil aviation certification regulations and process is advantageous.
