Job Description:
Join as the first Founders Associate working directly with experienced founders to gain deep insights into all business areas. Youll shape the growth of a fast-moving fintech taking on co-founder-like responsibility in strategic support business development and fundraising with the opportunity for company equity.

Location: Berlin Germany

What you will do:

Provide strategic support to the CEO independently managing daily projects and contributing to key strategic initiatives.
Drive business development by identifying new market opportunities developing product ideas and supporting the go-to-market strategy.
Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses prepare data-driven decision bases and actively participate in future fundraising rounds.

The ideal candidate:

Fluent in both German and English with a relevant degree and potentially initial professional experience.
Possesses a strong passion for entrepreneurship and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
Highly self-motivated and thrives in a dynamic fast-paced startup environment eager to take on significant responsibility.
