About the Role

As the Product Marketing Manager at TNA you will play a pivotal role in shaping how TNAs solutions across both capital equipment and aftermarket services are positioned communicated and preferred by customers in global food manufacturing markets.

The Product Marketing Manager works closely with Product Managers Sales Engineering Innovation and Regional Marketing teams to translate customer insight market dynamics and buying behaviour into differentiated positioning value propositions and sales enablement that support effective commercial engagement across food manufacturing environments.

This role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be based in Sydney Australia.


Key responsibilities:


Commercial Impact & Performance Measurement:

  • Contribute to product and aftermarket marketing initiatives that deliver 20% pipeline attribution through qualified lead generation and product-aligned sales enablement activities.
  • Ensure investments in campaigns delivers a 35x return on marketing expenditure measured through pipeline contribution opportunity influence and revenue outcomes
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of product and aftermarket marketing campaigns and assets using data to optimise messaging channels and spend efficiency.

Competitive positioning & Messaging Inputs

  • Monitor competitor activity product innovations and market trends to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Synthesise insights into clear recommendations for Product Managers Sales and Marketing leadership.


Collaboration with Product Managers

  • Work closely with Product Managers across both capital equipment and aftermarket services portfolios.
  • Understand product capabilities planned enhancements and release timing to ensure marketing narratives remain accurate and relevant.
  • Align on messaging strategies and launch priorities to support agreed commercial and category growth objectives.


Product Messaging Positioning & Value Proposition Development

  • Develop clear differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks for equipment solutions and aftermarket offerings.
  • Translate product and technical inputs into customer-focused operational financial and commercial outcomes.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across regions channels and customer touchpoints


Product Campaign Planning

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of annual marketing campaigns for equipment and aftermarket categories.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment on communication priorities promotional activities and market-facing initiatives.
  • Work with Product Managers to translate agreed go-to-market strategies into effective messaging campaigns and sales enablement.


Sales Enablement

  • Develop and maintain high-quality sales tools including solution sheets presentations battlecards and application guides.
  • Working with Product Managers enable sales teams to clearly articulate value and differentiation across equipment and aftermarket solutions.
  • Support value-based selling through clear articulation of customer outcomes and competitive positioning.


Content Development & Communication Asset Production

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to produce polished accurate and compelling product content including case studies animations landing pages exhibition materials and customer presentations.
  • Partner with Creative Digital and Regional Marketing teams to deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns.
  • Uphold brand consistency and technical accuracy across all product-related materials.


Promotions Events & Launch Execution

  • Support marketing activities for exhibitions customer events and global product showcases.
  • Ensure strong representation of equipment and aftermarket offerings within event messaging and visual communication


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work effectively with Product Managers Engineering Sales Innovation Customer Support and Regional Marketing teams to ensure coherence and alignment in product communication.


Qualification and experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Engineering or a related field.
  • 10 years experience in B2B marketing or product marketing for capital equipment industrial solutions or technical services.
  • Experience supporting both equipment-based and service-based product portfolios preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to create value propositions sales tools and customer-facing content for complex technical solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders in engineering-led organisations.


Desired Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong expertise in B2B marketing within technical industrial or manufacturing environments; food manufacturing experience highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical or engineering concepts into commercially relevant messaging.
  • Strong storytelling capability with clear concise and compelling communication.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer needs competitive dynamics and market data.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and technical teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools marketing systems and presentation platforms.
  • Alignment with TNAs values of innovation customer focus collaboration excellence and integrity.
