Product Management Associate-Web Platforms (External Agency Staff)

The NFL islooking for a Product Management Associate-Web Platformsto join theProduct Team responsible for the development of andthe ecosystem of NFL web platformswhich includesthe common web platformutilizedby all 32 NFL teamsandmicrosites that servenumerousLeague entities.These platforms servenumerousandcritical functions for fans teamsleaguepartnersand internal stakeholders.This rolewill be an important member of the Platforms Product team thatdefines and executestheroadmaps of the NFLsleague-branded digital products across web mobile and connected TV platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Support theProduct Lead for web platformsin the definition of the roadmap for and other web properties

• Execute critical aspects of the roadmap collaborating with colleagues from development design QA business strategy product operations and other stakeholders

• Articulate feature requirements through the creation of user stories acceptance criteria and configuration specifications

• Identify field and track high-priority bugs and work to resolve them quickly

• Gatheranalyzeand visualize data to measure success and inform future product decisions

• Communicate new features with stakeholders and provide training and support when needed

• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop new feature ideas that providevalue to our web platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• At least3yearsofwork experience

• At least 1year of experience in aProduct Managementrolein software development

• Strong communicationand collaboration skills ability to build andmaintainstrong relationships and the conviction towork withcolleagues at many levels

• A problem solver who asks great questions listens intently and distills an issue into a clear set of problems to solve

• Remarkable attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a creative deadline-driven environment

• A strong interest in sports and the NFL

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge ofsoftware deployment mechanics

• Experience working on mobile apps web products platforms and technologies

• Experience with JIRA / Confluence or similar software development management tools.

• Experiencewith design software such as Figma Sketch etc.

• Communicate with non-technical persons on implementation questions

• Extremely detail-oriented to balance league and 32 club requests

Travel:

• Less than 10%

Terms / Expected Hours of Work:

• NFL employeesare required towork40 hoursper week.Due to the nature offootball schedule you maybe requiredto work after hours and occasionally on weekends during the football season on game days/nights.

• This job posting is for a position with one of the NFLs third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation benefits and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.
