Job Title: State Procurement Agency Administrator

Job Description:
The State Procurement Agency Administrator supports procurement operations by performing administrative tasks and providing issue resolution support. This role ensures accuracy compliance and timely handling of procurement-related activities while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic contract reviews to identify and address PII (Personally Identifiable Information) concerns
-
Prepare and post contracts RFQs and related documentation to online platforms per agency standards
-
Handle support tickets and phone calls; assess research and resolve requestor issues
-
Collaborate with requestors to provide guidance and resolution for procurement tasks
-
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with policies procedures and timelines
-
Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills:

Strong attention to detail especially for reviewing sensitive information (PII)
-
Understanding of procurement processes and contract administration (public sector preferred)
-
Problem-solving and research skills
-
Proficiency with online platforms and documentation tools
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
-
Customer service oriented mindset
-
Basic legal awareness related to handling sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in procurement contract management or related field
