Position Summary:
The Director of HTM will oversee all biomedical and imaging services ensuring regulatory compliance operational efficiency and high-performing teams. This role leads strategic planning capital projects and client partnerships while driving growth and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead mentor and develop clinical and technical teams to ensure top performance and retention.
Manage capital planning project management and technology assessments.
Serve as primary client liaison ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Oversee purchasing vendor contracts and financial planning for cost efficiency.
Drive organic sales growth through new opportunities and expanded service offerings.
Ensure compliance with CIHQ DNV TJC and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare IT Business or related field.
5 years managing biomedical and imaging services in large healthcare systems.
5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.
Strong leadership skills with proven team development and mentoring experience.
Expertise in regulatory compliance financial management and operational oversight.
Experience with EHR systems (Epic Cerner) PACS and healthcare technology tools.
