Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enclosure Foreman to lead our Enclosure Department projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safety quality and productivity while supervising a skilled team. This role may require occasional travel to off-site locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead mentor and manage employees and contractors.
Develop and oversee work schedules ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Resolve conflicts and maintain effective team communication.
Assist team members as needed to meet project goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven leadership or foreman experience in construction or manufacturing (5 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of safety regulations OSHA standards and quality control.
Ability to read blueprints and use hand/measuring tools.
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly; 50100 lbs with assistance.
Frequent standing crouching kneeling climbing and manual handling.
Exposure to typical manufacturing hazards noise and occasional outdoor elements.

Preferred:

Electrical license in Iowa.
Experience in recruiting hiring training and mentoring teams.
Previous foreman or mid-level management experience.
