Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enclosure Foreman to lead our Enclosure Department projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safety quality and productivity while supervising a skilled team. This role may require occasional travel to off-site locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mentor and manage employees and contractors.
  • Develop and oversee work schedules ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Resolve conflicts and maintain effective team communication.
  • Assist team members as needed to meet project goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership or foreman experience in construction or manufacturing (5 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations OSHA standards and quality control.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use hand/measuring tools.
  • Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly; 50100 lbs with assistance.
  • Frequent standing crouching kneeling climbing and manual handling.
  • Exposure to typical manufacturing hazards noise and occasional outdoor elements.

Preferred:

  • Electrical license in Iowa.
  • Experience in recruiting hiring training and mentoring teams.
  • Previous foreman or mid-level management experience.
