Job Summary

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects that streamline business processes enhance data systems and generate actionable insights. This role focuses on automation analytics and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead IT and business automation projects from planning to implementation.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project goals and requirements.
Build process automations using Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate Power Apps SharePoint and Lists.
Design maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
Support database design and maintenance ensuring data integrity and relational structure.
Apply AI fundamentals to improve workflows and analytics.
Track project timelines budgets and communications.

Requirements (Must Haves):

3-5 years managing IT projects with cross-functional technical teams.
Proficient in Power BI and Power Automate.
Working knowledge of SQL Server and database structures.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience with Power Apps SharePoint Lists and Microsoft Fabric.
Familiarity with AI concepts and practical applications in business processes.
