Strategy Consultant

We are seeking an experienced analytical and results-driven Strategy Consultant to join our organization. The Strategy Consultant will be responsible for advising clients or internal stakeholders on business strategies to drive organizational growth operational efficiency and competitive advantage. This position requires exceptional problem-solving skills business acumen and the ability to develop actionable strategies based on rigorous analysis and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analyses of industry trends market dynamics and competitor landscapes.

Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients or executive leadership.

Lead and facilitate strategic planning sessions workshops and meetings.

Design and implement frameworks and methodologies for business strategy development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and evaluate data.

Support business transformation initiatives and change management processes.

Prepare detailed reports presentations and executive briefings.

Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and measure outcomes.

Identify new business opportunities and provide recommendations for growth and innovation.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Economics Management or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree strongly preferred.

3 years of experience in strategy consulting management consulting or a related analytical role.

Demonstrated expertise in business analysis project management and problem-solving.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.

Outstanding communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Experience working in or with multiple industries is an advantage.

Annual Salary Range: $105000 - $150000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
