As a Customer Advisor youll be the first point of contact for customers assisting them via phone email and live chat. Your goal is to provide clear answers resolve issues efficiently and create a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers with a friendly professional tone across phone email and chat

Manage a variety of requests including service questions account assistance and basic troubleshooting

Explain solutions clearly address concerns and ensure customers feel listened to and supported

Log cases accurately and maintain detailed up-to-date records of each interaction

Escalate sensitive or complex issues following internal procedures

Work closely with internal teams to ensure fast and accurate resolutions

Meet service quality standards and response-time targets consistently

Stay updated on product changes policies and best practices to deliver top-level support
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
