Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate content posted on the platform ensuring it complies with community guidelines and policies.
- Evaluate and remove offensive harmful or inappropriate material from the platform.
- Flag and report content that violates legal requirements or company standards.
- Ensure user interactions and content align with platform regulations promoting a safe online environment.
- Handle content review requests promptly maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the moderation process and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Provide feedback on processes to improve content moderation strategies.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native-level fluency in German and B2 level proficiency in English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick decisions based on platform policies.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to handle sensitive material with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
