Job Summary

Company Background:
Our client is a well-established technology manufacturer specializing in magnetic solutions and injection molding products. The company offers end-to-end services from design and R&D to mass production supporting global customers through integrated manufacturing and engineering capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee daily machining production to ensure targets are met.
Coordinate manpower machines materials and processes to maintain smooth operations.
Monitor production progress resolve on-site issues and handle abnormalities.
Conduct regular production reviews and drive continuous improvement (PDCA / lean).
Manage equipment maintenance and support process or layout improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
Prepare basic production reports and updates to management.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of machining or manufacturing experience.
Good knowledge of machining processes and production equipment.
Proficient in MS Office; CAD knowledge is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive work attitude.
