Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiasticAccounts Receivable Internto support the AR team during a temporary capacity gap. The intern willassistwith routine AR activities follow-ups and reporting to ensure day-to-day processes continue smoothly. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to AR operations and understand end-to-end receivables management in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the AR team with daily operational tasks such as data entry updating receivable records andmaintainingtrackers.
- Assistwith customer follow-ups for outstanding payments under team guidance.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and invoice data in systems and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales finance operations) for invoice clarifications and payment updates.
- Provide support to team members.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Must be based in Delhi NCR.
- Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Commerce.
- Basic understanding of accounting and billing concepts.
- Good communicationskills especially for professional email drafting and follow-ups.
- Detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn.
