Job Summary
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
Location: Brimsdown North London
Shift: 4 on 4 off rotating days & nights (6am6pm / 6pm6am)
Were looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a large modern FMCG manufacturing site in Enfield following an internal promotion. Youll be part of a well-established engineering team in a highly automated 24/7 environment.
The role:
- Planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
- Fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Reducing downtime and improving plant reliability.
- Supporting continuous improvement activity.
- Working closely with production and hygiene teams.
- Recording work through the site maintenance system.
The environment:
- High-speed production and packaging lines.
- Conveyors ovens mixers and associated plant equipment.
- Automated FMCG manufacturing site.
What were looking for:
- Recognised engineering qualification (apprenticeship HNC or equivalent).
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
- Mechanical or electrical background with multi-skilled experience.
- Confident fault finding and problem solving.
- Comfortable working rotating days and nights.
