Job Summary
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Aylesbury / Aston Clinton (HP22)
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Days & Nights (6am6pm / 6pm6am)
Sector: FMCG / Packaging Manufacturing
Were recruiting a hands-on Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a high-volume FMCG manufacturing site in Aylesbury. This is a shift-based role supporting modern production equipment focused on breakdown response planned maintenance and improving equipment reliability.
The Role:
- Reactive maintenance and breakdown support across production equipment.
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime.
- Electrical and mechanical fault-finding.
- Working on blow moulding machinery and associated plant.
- Accurate completion of maintenance records.
- Working safely to site health safety and hygiene standards.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG packaging plastics food beverage or similar).
- Multi-skilled background (electrical & mechanical).
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering essential.
- Comfortable working a 4 on 4 off days and nights (66) shift pattern.
- A reliable practical engineer who works well in a team.
