Intermediate Gutter Installer Support
General Requirements
- Minimum 34 years of gutter installation experience.
- Strong attendance punctuality and consistent adherence to safety practices.
- Competent in gutter installation processes with limited supervision.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in gutter machine operation including loading coils and producing straight runs.
- Skilled in making clean Outside and Inside Strip Miter cuts.
- Accurately measure cut and assemble gutter sections outlets and downspouts.
- Assist installers with hanger placement sealing and joining techniques.
- Identify and report installation issues or safety hazards.
Leadership & Development
- Train and mentor Installer Assistant I team members in gutter machine setup and cutting techniques.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them with minimal oversight.
- Show readiness for promotion to Installer I (full installer) by consistently demonstrating advanced technical skill and leadership potential.
Administrative
- Perform accurate material counts and support jobsite checklists.
- Document before/after photos and assist with reporting.
- Maintain accountability for company tools and equipment.
Conduct & Professionalism
- Uphold company values and maintain a professional image at all times.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients.
- Consistently follow company policies procedures and safety guidelines.
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
