Job Summary
- Pick up transport and drop off residents at locations on our 130 acre Campus drive them to appointments and functions off campus within the Metro area.
- Assist residents in and out of the vehicle while also loading and unloading any wheelchairs walkers or other equipment the resident brings with them.
- Pays close attention to driving laws safety regulations signs and policies at all times.
- Clean and thoroughly checks vehicles before shift and when shift is completed.
- Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from your supervisor and as outlined in our established maintenance policies and procedures.
- Communicates with passengers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Active Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement required.
- One (1) year related experience as a professional driver transporting passengers.
