Job Description & Summary
The Wellbeing Consultants primary responsibility is the management and application of wellbeing initiatives across PwC supporting the physical mental social financial and purpose-driven health of our people. Reporting directly to the Head of Health and Wellbeing this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery including administration data management and reporting.
What youll do
- Lead the development coordination and operational delivery of wellbeing programs across all pillars tailored to evolving employee needs and business objectives.
- Own the national Green Light to Talk (GLTT) peer support program: coordinate peer advocates facilitate training and drive ongoing engagement and effectiveness.
- Design and facilitate engaging wellbeing and peer support training across national offices; use data to inform leaders and build wellbeing literacy.
- Provide empathetic crisis response and escalation coaching employees and coordinating timely support with WH&S and external providers.
- Advise and coach leaders on best-practice approaches to wellbeing for their teams and themselves; role model consistent evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate administration data and reporting on program performance and impact; generate insights to inform continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Health & Safety HR employee networks and business leaders to embed wellbeing into broader people strategies.
- Partner with the Wellbeing and Health & Safety teams GLTT Community and GLTT LoS leaders employee networks business leaders and external providers to embed wellbeing and deliver national programs.
- Travel nationally as required to deliver training engage stakeholders and support initiatives.

Desired Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. psychology counselling social work health promotion HR OD) or equivalent experience.
- Additional training/certifications in mental health first aid coaching or peer support facilitation (highly desirable).
- Experience designing implementing and managing workplace wellbeing programs ideally in professional services.
- Experience coordinating peer support or mental health advocacy programs across multiple locations.
- Proven delivery of wellbeing-related training/workshops to diverse audiences including senior leaders.
- Experience providing crisis support early intervention or mental health coaching in workplace/community settings.
- Demonstrated use of data and insights to evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience collaborating with Health & Safety HR and business units; managing administration reporting and compliance.
- Track record engaging stakeholders at all organisational levels; managing nationwide initiatives and travel.
