As a Wellness Consultant youll play a vital role in proactively managing the physical and mental health and wellbeing of all PwC peoplethrough the designdevelopmentimplementationand reviewofstrategiesand initiativesthatreduce risk to our people and increase performance outcomes individually and at a firm level.

What youll do:

  • Lead the development coordination and operational delivery of wellbeing programs and initiatives.
  • Oversee PwCs peer support program nationally coordinating peer advocates facilitating training and ensuring ongoing program engagement and effectiveness.
  • Design and facilitate engaging and informative wellbeing and peer support training across PwCs national offices.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees experiencing wellbeing distress or crisis providing empathetic listening and coaching and coordinating timely escalation to appropriate support services.


What were looking for:

  • Proven experience in designing implementing and managing workplace wellbeing programs or initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating peer support or mental health advocacy programs nationally or across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering wellbeing-related training and workshops to diverse audiences including senior leaders.
  • Experience providing crisis support early intervention or mental health coaching within a workplace or community context.
