As an Event Marketing Coordinator on Broadridges Global Events team you will support the execution of in-person virtual and hybrid events across Broadridges business this role youll collaborate with colleagues globally and partner cross-functionally to ensure every event supports business objectives. Youll help bring event strategies to life manage logistics measure success and contribute to Broadridges world-class reputation.

The ideal candidate is positive detail-oriented able to successfully balance multiple priorities and eager to drive creative data-driven event marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate logistics budget tracking and timelines for in-person virtual and hybrid events ensuring smooth execution from planning to post-event follow-up and reporting.
Provide onsite and virtual event support as needed
Help monitor measure and report on event KPIs using established metrics
Collect and organize attendee feedback and event data; deliver post-event reports with recommendations for continuous program improvement.
Support budget tracking contract management production timelines and vendor relationships to ensure efficient high-quality execution.
Leverage event platforms and tools including ON24 Cvent Socialive Webex and Salesforce for registration engagement communications analytics and reporting.

Salary range $85700- $ 125000.00 USD . Bonus Eligible.
