Job Summary:
- Snowflake implementation full-cycle migration and optimization
- Alteryx for developing workflows batch jobs and automation
- Python and VBA for building interfaces and automation scripts
- Integration of Snowflake with MS Access including handling 32-bit vs. 64-bit compatibility issues
- Data source migration updating all connections from Oracle to Snowflake
- Streamlit for building interactive forms and reports
- Power BI and Power Query for dashboard and visualization development
Essential Functions:
- Create visual design solutions and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that deliver insights.
- Analyzes designs codes configures tests debugs deploys documents and maintains reporting assets.
- Utilizes appropriate methodologies for collecting analyzing and presenting data and information by making use of basic BI reporting tools.
- Works with internal/external team(s) to define necessary information and create solutions based on requirements.
- Works with Sr. and Lead Analysts to ensure that processes and services are continuously monitored for data accuracy quality effectiveness and efficiency.
- Supports processes and quality improvement activities.
- Participates in Agile ceremonies determining the nature and scope of project activities and processes to be developed or modified working across teams to communicate development dependencies to accomplish final solution.
- Performs job-related duties in conformance with DS standards. Coaches less experienced Business Intelligence Analysts.
- Provides analytics that can turn data into critical information in understanding a systemic business need.
Qualifications:
- Required Bachelors Degree or equivalent in business liberal arts computer science application programming software development information systems database administration mathematics engineering or other related field
- 2 years of relevant experience Required
