Job Summary
**This is a part-time position working 3 days per week**The responsibilities of the BCBA include:- Ensure ABA strategies behavior plans and reinforcement systems are implemented consistently and accurately across all settings- Evaluate students for services through data collection teacher reports observations checklists and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA)- Oversee the development of data-collection and behavioral procedures in order to monitor target behaviors and student progress- Develop and create objective and measurable individualized IEP goals and objectives.- Develop appropriate behavior support plans social skills curriculum and ensure consistency in programming- Provide student progress toward goals and objectives through IEP progress reports and IEP meetings- Support teachers/staff regarding behavioral management plans/procedures- Provide teachers/staff with resources tools and modeling of techniques- Provide inclusion services work 1:1 with students and run small social skill groups- Complete needed reports paperwork and job-related assignments in a timely manner- Work collaboratively with related service providersBFCCPS opened in 1995 as one of the first Charter Schools in Massachusetts.
