Job Title: Senior Manager of IT Projects and Service Delivery
Location: Krakow Poland Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite
We are looking for a Senior Manager of IT Projects and Service Delivery to play a pivotal role in shaping how IT delivers value across the organisation. This is a senior leadership position where you will influence both what gets delivered and how it is delivered balancing strategic priorities with operational excellence.
You will lead a diverse portfolio of IT initiatives ensuring strong governance predictable delivery and seamless transition into live service. With accountability across both project delivery and IT service performance you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders delivery teams and service operations - driving stability transparency and continuous improvement in a regulated global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and prioritize the IT delivery portfolio balancing demand capacity and sequencing to maximize value.
Oversee program planning and manage program budgets to ensure financial accountability and delivery within agreed constraints.
Deliver initiatives using the PMO framework and lifecycle governance from initiation through transition to operations.
Ensure seamless transition-to-operations by embedding change release and IT service management practices based on ITIL.
Champion delivery standards regulatory compliance and enterprise ways of working.
Responsible for service monitoring using SolarWinds to maintain system health and performance visibility.
Govern and maintain the Infra CIO dashboard to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with enterprise standards.
Drive capability uplift and continuous improvement across project and service teams.
Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or related field (Masters preferred)
PMP or PRINCE2; ITIL v3/v4; Agile/Scrum or SAFe
10 years in IT including 5 years in project or programme delivery and 35 years in IT service delivery
Experience in regulated or global environments with strong governance and compliance exposure
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
Strong experience with PMO standards portfolio management ITSM frameworks and transition-to-operations
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and healthcare outcomes
