Job Description:
The Help Desk Technician at Choisys Technology Inc. will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to support requests and provide technical assistance to end-users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Ensure security measures are in place to protect systems and data
- Document technical processes and solutions for future reference
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex issues
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Bachelors degree in Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Desired Experience:
- Experience supporting Enterprise and Cloud IT requirements
- Familiarity with Federal Agencies and Combatant Commands
- Experience providing IT support in domestic and international settings
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: $30000 - $40000 per year
