Job Summary

Job Description:

The Help Desk Technician at Choisys Technology Inc. will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to support requests and provide technical assistance to end-users
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Install configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals
  • Ensure security measures are in place to protect systems and data
  • Document technical processes and solutions for future reference
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex issues

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Bachelors degree in Science or related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and software applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Desired Experience:

  • Experience supporting Enterprise and Cloud IT requirements
  • Familiarity with Federal Agencies and Combatant Commands
  • Experience providing IT support in domestic and international settings

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $30000 - $40000 per year
  • Currency: USD
