The Role:
bestchance Child Family Care is currently seeking an exceptional individual with a positive and proactive approach to join our dedicated Cheshire School team as an Education Support Officer.
Reporting to the Head of School you will be part of a caring dedicated and enthusiastic school team creating an environment that nurtures independence resilience and a desire to learn.
Your primary goal will be to support the delivery of an interim educational program that is specifically designed to help students gain the skills required to re-engage with learning and transition back into mainstream school.
About you:
- To be successful you will hold a minimum qualification of Certificate III in Education Support and have experience working in a similar role.
- Crucial to your success will be your commitment to the management of students with social emotional behavioural and learning difficulties.
- You will be a team player with the ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with stakeholders and families from a broad range of social and cultural backgrounds.
