About the opportunity:
The Campus Accommodation Operations Officer is a key member of a high-performing customer service and administrative team dedicated to supporting a safe and thriving student residential community at the Cradle Coast Campus. The role focuses on managing accommodation processes including enquiries applications offers and all aspects of resident arrivals and departures while coordinating cleaning and maintenance services. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders the Officer ensures a student-centric approach aligned with the Universitys strategic goals.
In addition to core operational responsibilities the position supports compliance and administration for programs such as the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) and Purpose-Built Campus accommodation (PBSA) agreements. Guided by the principles of being resident-focused collaborative innovative and sustainable the Officer contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the resident experience and help create vibrant uniquely Tasmanian communities where students can flourish. Some weekend work and availability to work flexible hours is required.

Salary details
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 5 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $105665 comprising base salary within the range of $80869 to $90312 plus 17% superannuation.
