With a team of 200 professionals and growing we are expanding our Engineering organization and looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to help us scale our products teams and technical this role you will empower engineers strengthen cross-functional collaboration and drive initiatives that directly shape the future of our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Engineering Leadership: Drive and contribute to engineering-wide technical and non-technical initiatives that support team performance and organizational growth.
- Team Empowerment: Inspire and support proactive engineers enabling and amplifying their ideas.
- Ritual Facilitation: Lead track-level ceremonies (kick-offs cross-team syncs retrospectives) while ensuring teams remain autonomous in execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Culture Building: Foster a culture of ownership trust psychological safety and continuous improvement.
- Technical Support: Help teams overcome technical roadblocks and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Technical Excellence: Raise the bar for engineering quality best practices and long-term technical health.
- Performance Management: Set a high bar for individual performance and effectively manage performance-related concerns.
- Hiring & Development: Hire onboard mentor and grow engineers across multiple experience levels.

Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: 3 years of proven experience managing engineering teams.
- Scaling Expertise: Experience building or scaling zero-to-one product and engineering initiatives.
- People Development: Familiarity with structured onboarding and growth frameworks (career ladders development plans learning paths).
- Ownership Mindset: Ability to proactively identify problems drive initiatives end-to-end and make decisions even with incomplete information.
- Focus & Prioritization: Strong ability to prioritize execute on high-impact initiatives and communicate when bandwidth is limited.
- Radical Transparency: Communicates openly provides full context owns mistakes and prioritizes correctness over personal preference.
- High Decision Quality: Makes decisions grounded in logic research multiple perspectives and data.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with Product Managers to deliver intuitive performant and reliable user experiences.
- Language: Proficiency in Russian is a must.
