You will report to the Manager for Infrastructure & Operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Transform Lindab Groups on-premise IT infrastructure to cloud-based services ensuring a seamless migration and optimal performance.

• Ensure the implementation and compliance of core infrastructure and cloud platforms maintaining high security and performance standards.

• Participate in projects to design and develop infrastructure solutions and services based on business requirements.

• Manage one or more services throughout their entire lifecycle driving service maturity and continuous improvement in collaboration with partners service providers and internal stakeholders.

• Define and communicate the services business value ensuring alignment with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

• Develop and maintain the roadmap for your service securing alignment with the overarching IS/IT strategy.

• Monitor and report on the investment roadmap outlining deliverables expected outcomes and business impact over time.

• Oversee Lindab Groups cloud environment ensuring it remains secure scalable cost-effective and optimized for performance.

• Support the business with change management and service requests related to the global IS/IT service portfolio.

• Ensure high-quality service delivery from outsourced infrastructure providers proactively addressing any issues to maintain operational excellence.

Previous Experience and Competencies

• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management with a strong focus on cloud solutions. Background in manufacturing IT infrastructure (OT) is a plus.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Server environments and Azure relevant certifications are a plus.

• Experience in managing outsourced IT service delivery either from a customer or supplier perspective.

• Strong understanding of cloud security compliance and best practices.

• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and experience in service lifecycle management.

• Experience with Azure cost governance (FinOps) and understanding of resource optimisation.

• As Lindab Group is a global role previous experience working within an international matrix organization is an advantage.
