Job Summary
In the Business & Operational Systems department we are looking for a SPASystems Ownerwhile our current owner is on leave. As a Spa System owner you will be essential for us to move forward together with the hotels & HQ needs stay updated with the market and guest expectations.
The position will be available from March 2026 - March 2027
What you will be doing
- Coordinating development with vendor and internal products managers.
- Oversee trainings and training material
- Roadmapping
- Vendor management
- Stakeholder management
- Strategy and Lifecycle Management
- Advising
- Overseeing setup and changes to the existing hotel spa portfolio
- Providing system expertise to support the department needs
- Coordinating releases
- Providing technical 2nd line system support
- Documentation

Details:
You will report to Director of Business & Operational Systems
In this position you will be traveling to various hotel destinations and HQ in Norway Sweden and Finland.
