Job Summary
We are looking for a senior UI/UX Designer for a consulting assignment within digital banking.
The assignment is part of an early-stage digital transformation aimed at enhancing digital services for private and high-net-worth clients You will have a central role in shaping modern intuitive and accessible digital experiences in close collaboration with both business and technology teams.
As a designer you will work hands-on with the UI and UX of digital banking services from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes. Your work will be grounded in user research insights and testing ensuring solutions that create real user value
You will collaborate closely with a UX Lead product owners developers and other designers in an agile setup. A key part of the assignment is to ensure consistency accessibility and alignment with the existing design system across all digital channels
Required experience and skills
Senior UI/UX design skills with a strong focus on UI
At least 5 years of experience designing interfaces for web mobile and apps
Strong sense of ownership with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
Hands-on approach and ability to take designs from idea to execution
Education in humancomputer interaction design or equivalent professional experience
High proficiency in Figma
Fluent in English Swedish is a plus
You value research and insights as the foundation for strong design decisions
You believe in continuous iteration to build intuitive and user-friendly products
Comfortable leading and participating in user research feedback sessions and usability testing
Enjoy working in collaborative teams and adapting to evolving needs to improve the customer experience
