Job Summary

Location: Netherland / Belgium (Hybrid)
Employment Type: 6 Month Contract
About the Role
Our client a leading player in the IT Industry is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to drive business-driven change initiatives across multiple sites. The role requires a skilled professional to manage the entire project lifecycle from planning and execution to post-implementation reviews. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with both business and IT teams delivering impactful solutions that support continuous improvement and successful business transformations.
What Youll Do
Oversee business-driven change initiatives from start to finish ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Partner closely with key stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
Support IT and business teams in executing change initiatives and tracking progress against defined timelines and milestones.
Participate in service and post-implementation reviews identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate project documentation monitor project progress and report regularly on status risks and opportunities.
Actively contribute to enhancing project management processes aiming for efficient delivery across multiple sites.
Ensure the seamless execution of change initiatives prioritizing service-driven delivery and quality standards.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Proven ability to manage complex relationships with stakeholders at all levels ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Fluent in Dutch & English (written and spoken) to navigate multi-lingual environments effectively.
Prior experience working in IT service delivery or project coordination in a tech-focused organization.
Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices to ensure project success.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-cultural and cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
Familiarity with WAN/LAN networking concepts and technical infrastructure to support project execution.
A commitment to delivering results that align with customer expectations both internal and external.
Ability to influence and drive change across teams without direct authority ensuring smooth collaboration and execution.
Preferred Skills
Experience in leading or supporting organizational change particularly in an IT context.
PMP Prince2 or similar certifications are a plus.
Exposure to project coordination in technical environments such as cloud-based platforms networking and IT services.
