We are supporting a well-established Independent school in the Ipswich area that is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Design Technology from January. This is a full-time permanent position ideal for a teacher seeking excellent facilities small classes and a strong focus on practical learning.
You will teach Design Technology across KS3 and KS4 with potential involvement at KS5 depending on experience. The department encourages a hands-on project-based approach enabling students to develop creativity technical competence and independent problem-solving skills.
You will contribute to curriculum development assessment and the wider life of the school including enrichment activities design clubs and showcase events. Experience with Product Design Resistant Materials Engineering or CAD software would be advantageous.
