Job Summary
At OCU were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
Youll support the delivery of high-impact construction and utility projects across the UK helping us lead the way in energy transition and infrastructure innovation.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll work closely with senior quantity surveyors and project teams to:
Assist in cost estimation budgeting and financial reporting.
Support tendering and procurement processes.
Help administer contracts variations and valuations.
Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for savings.
Measure and value completed works for interim and final payments.
Contribute to risk management and mitigation strategies.
What Were Looking For
A degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or a related field.
Internship or previous experience in a similar role (desirable).
Good understanding of cost control contracts and procurement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant software.
Excellent numerical analytical and communication skills.
