We are supporting a high-performing Outstanding secondary school in Essex that is looking to appoint a committed and ambitious Science Teacher (ECT) to join their department from January. This is a full-time permanent opportunity ideal for an Early Career Teacher seeking a strong start in a high-expectations environment with excellent support.
You will teach KS3 and KS4 Science delivering well-structured lessons across Biology Chemistry and Physics. The department is highly organised with clear schemes of work and shared resources that allow ECTs to focus on refining classroom practice and subject delivery.
You will be supported through a robust ECT induction programme including regular mentoring meetings a reduced teaching timetable and targeted CPD aligned to your development needs.
