We are working with a highly regarded Outstanding secondary school in Hertfordshire that is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Science Teacher (ECT) to join their successful department from January. This is a full-time permanent role offering an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to begin their teaching career in a well-supported and high-performing environment.
You will teach Science across KS3 and KS4 delivering structured and engaging lessons across Biology Chemistry and Physics. The department follows a clear and well-sequenced curriculum with shared planning resources allowing ECTs to focus on developing strong classroom practice and subject confidence.
As an ECT you will be supported through a comprehensive induction programme including a reduced timetable regular mentoring meetings and protected time for CPD. Support is practical consistent and focused on long-term development rather than short-term pressure.
