What Does A Senior Marketing Manager - Americas Do:
The Senior Marketing Manager Americas will lead the execution of integrated marketing programs that drive awareness engagement and commercial performance across Airport Dimensions brands in North and South America.
This role requires a highly organized and proactive marketer who can manage multiple priorities deliver measurable results and act as the regional lead for all marketing activity across new openings refurbishments campaigns and ongoing brand performance and the reputation of Airport Dimensions products or services across both B2B and B2C audiences.
You will bring a strong strategic perspective to planning and decision-making paired with hands-on executional excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of branding principles strong project and stakeholder management skills creative flair and the ability to use insight and performance data to inform priorities and optimize outcomes.
This role is for someone who loves variety thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys turning insight into standout work. Youll collaborate across teams guide creative partners and drive the marketing activity that shapes the next era of Airport Dimensions in the Americas. Youll have the autonomy to bring bold ideas to life and the ownership to take them from concept through execution.
What Youll Do:
Regional Marketing & Campaign Delivery
Support the Director of Marketing in developing and executing the North America marketing plan aligned with business and revenue targets.
Lead strategic planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and activations across B2C and B2B audiences to build brand visibility and drive lounge visits.
Produce and proofread high-quality written content for campaigns social posts websites presentations and partner communications.
Coordinate creative development working with agencies and designers to ensure accuracy consistency and timely delivery
Brand & Content Governance
Manage the regional brand manual platform ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all materials.
Review and approve marketing assets for accuracy tone and brand consistency.
Support partner marketing initiatives by reviewing copy creative and placement to ensure alignment
Digital & Social Media
Own regional social media planning and execution including content creation posting community management and performance reporting.
Partner with global digital teams to maintain and update regional web content ensuring accuracy and optimization.
Ensure all content is brand-aligned engaging and performance-led.
Events & Partner Marketing
Coordinate marketing support for industry events and sponsorships from logistics to asset delivery.
Act as the day-to-day contact for key marketing partners ensuring smooth collaboration and clear communication.
Finance Reporting & Administration
Track campaign performance providing insight and recommendations for optimization.
Support budget management and finance administration ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
What Youll Do:
Experience
6 years of marketing experience ideally within travel hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
Proven experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated experience in content creation copywriting and proofreading.
Experience managing social media channels agency relationships and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Skills
Highly organized and proactive with excellent project management and time management skills.
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail and brand tone.
Creative and visually aware with good judgment for design and messaging.
Confident communicator with strong collaboration and influencing skills.
