About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support all aspects of U.S. accounting and financial operations. This role will be responsible for full-cycle accounting reporting cash flow management audit coordination and helping establish scalable processes that will support future growth.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented analytical and proactivesomeone who takes ownership and enjoys building structure within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Reporting
Manage full-cycle accounting operations (GL AP/AR month-end and year-end closing).
Prepare accurate financial statements and internal reports.
Reconcile bank accounts and ensure proper transaction recording.
Support external audits with clear documentation and analysis.

Finance & Planning
Monitor cash flow prepare forecasts and support banking activities.
Assist with budgeting variance analysis and financial planning.
Provide financial insights to leadership for decision-making.

Tax & Compliance
Assist with tax filings and support compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Maintain internal controls and ensure integrity of financial processes.

Global Reporting
Prepare reporting packages for the global headquarters.
Ensure timely and accurate consolidation data for international reporting cycles.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP analysis tools)
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred
Experience in global or cross-border business environments
Understanding of consolidation or multinational reporting
Japanese language ability (helpful but not required)
