Description/Job Summary

SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. overtime as needed including weekends.

Job Summary: Responsible for documentation and verification of driver/equipment information load information (Order/PO) and customer/destination information. Communication with drivers at initial check in through post loading as well as communicating with finished product warehouses and bulk loadouts. Operation of the truck scale and scale information. Provide directions to drivers and maintain the truck lot in an organized fashion. Must follow all appropriate transportation laws. Responsibility for cleaning in the breakroom bathrooms office and outside areas.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be able to read write speak and understand the English language fluently.
• Must possess good customer service skills including verbal and written communication.
• Must possess good troubleshooting skills.
• Must possess computer skills and perform data entry in a timely manner.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 20 pounds when needed.
• Must be willing and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to bend stoop twist turn push and pull throughout the day as needed.
• Must be willing in and able to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). (Safety Glasses Bump hat etc.)
• Must be willing and able to follow all safety and food safety rules.
• Other duties as requested by supervisor.
