At Factorial were looking for a new Strategic Partner Business Developer for the Spanish Market to help us boost the company to the next level. You will play a key role in spotting activating and qualifying high-impact opportunities working hands-on with strategic partners (IBEX35 companies leading tech players etc.).

The Role
- Create and implement strategies and initiatives to help us maximize lead generation from our key partners.
- Strategizing generating and qualifying the best leads from our partner ecosystem.
- Engage with prospects via high-volume cold-calling (60-80 calls/day) networking email e-marketing campaigns and social outreach.
- Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and the Partner Sales team.
- Create your own strategy to seek and analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts.
- Analyzing prospect business needs understanding processes determining requirements and ascertaining potential solutions.
- Confirm Client needs develop initial client profiles and help to build the most personalized solution;
- Collaborate and strategize with PAEs Demand Gen CX Team and Partner Sales Management.
Your Profile
- You are a native Spanish speaker & at least B1 English.
- Previous Sales Experience (Customer Satisfaction Project Management Partnerships and similar experiences are highly valued).
- Tech savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.
- Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with both prospects and partners key stakeholders.
- Must be detail-oriented accountable creative thinker team player open-minded self-motivated & ambitious to grow within an exciting team!
- Excited to actively contribute to constant improvements and evolution! (we have a culture of change!)
Bonus Points
- Have experience using tools like Hubspot Salesforce Loom Excel Notion etc.
- Have experience in Partnerships/Sales at a SaaS-based company or digital environment.
- Have a solid understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns.
