Requirements

Active New York State RN license
BLS certification
Prior RN Supervisor experience in a LTC setting (required)
PointClickCare experience required (EHR & eMAR)
Strong leadership assessment and decision-making skills
Ability to manage admissions order verification and second checks
Experience coordinating ER transfers with medical providers
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must perform well in fast-paced high-responsibility environments
