Job Summary
Epic Willow Analyst

Summary:
- Provide system support and maintenance for Epic Willow resolving break/fix tickets and managing optimization requests.
- Lead the design configuration and implementation of Epic Willow for new retail pharmacy locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate point-of-sale (POS) systems and ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards.
- Work closely with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers to align system functionality with clinical needs.
- Deliver technical guidance and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of system builds and optimizations.
- Utilize Epic Willow Inpatient certification and experience in building out new retail pharmacy stores.
- Leverage knowledge of POS systems and a strong clinical pharmacy background (PharmD license highly preferred).
- Apply a minimum of 2 years experience in Healthcare IT with Epic experience preferred.
- Preferred experience includes specialty pharmacy systems (e.g. Compass Rose) and familiarity with Meds-to-Beds programs.
