Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format): Manager of Production Operations
- Oversee all aspects of printing operations in a production environment reporting to the Director of Operations.
- Supervise Operations Supervisors across multiple shifts to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure client satisfaction and associate engagement by fostering a client- and associate-focused culture.
- Translate strategic vision into daily operational execution to drive operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity efficiency and quality (PEQ) metrics.
- Manage departmental budgets including commodities labor and discretionary spending.
- Create and maintain capacity plans to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Establish communicate and revise department and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrate technical expertise in print equipment technologies and client product mix to maximize machine utilization and uptime.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and drive talent development for direct reports and team members.
- Communicate and reinforce company values vision quality policies and commitment to the Service Profit Chain.
- Work primarily Monday Friday 12:00 PM 8:00 PM with flexibility required during training and peak periods.
