Kforce has a client that is seeking a Telecomm Analyst in Boston MA.

Responsibilities:

* Telecomm Analyst will analyze and interpret telecommunications billing data to ensure accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities

* Prepare reports and presentations to share findings with management and stakeholders

* Track and monitor KPIs related to telecommunications usage costs uptime and repair times

* Review contracts to confirm favorable rates and terms

* Collaborate with vendors to resolve billing disputes and service issues

* Stay current on telecommunications technologies and industry trends

* As a Telecomm Analyst you will maintain accurate records of all telecommunications assets and services

* Verify E-911 location information

* Identify and implement process improvements to streamline expense management

Required Skills : * Experience working with vendors to resolve billing disputes and service issues * Knowledge of contract review and negotiation for favorable rates and terms * Familiarity with telecommunications technologies and industry trends * Understanding of E-911 location verification requirements * Proficiency in creating reports and presentations for management and stakeholders * Strong analytical skills to interpret billing data and identify cost-saving opportunities * Skilled in identifying and implementing process improvements for expense management * Ability to monitor and analyze KPIs related to telecom usage costs and service performance * Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate records of telecom assets and services
