Qualifications
8 years in software testing/development with 4 years on ServiceNow platform.
Expertise in one of the tools - ATF Selenium Postman SOAP UI.
Hands-on proficiency in ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript Glide APIs Flow Designer Catalog Scripts Integration Hub).
Experience across ServiceNow modules: ITSM ITOM CMDB Service Catalog CSDM Discovery Event Management.
Strong knowledge of upgrade lifecycle patch testing and defect management.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
Skilled in test management/defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA HP ALM).
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science IT or related field.
Preferred certifications: ServiceNow CSA CAD CIS (ITSM Discovery Event Mgmt.) ITIL v3/v4.
