Job Title: Oracle Cloud Analyst

Overview
This role supports a multi-year enterprise migration from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud HCM & Financials. The Analyst/Tester will work within the Hire-to-Retire (HTR) functional stream supporting Clients US through upcoming deployment milestones. The position blends functional analysis test execution process validation and cross-team coordination for Oracle HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities Lead functional validation and QA activities across Core HR Absence Time & Labor Payroll and related HTR modules.
Develop end-to-end test scripts for SIT UAT and regression testing ensuring broad coverage of global HR processes.
Validate enterprise workforce structures HR transactions and organizational hierarchies.
Support integration testing across Oracle Cloud and external systems including data transformation and error-resolution scenarios.
Conduct data migration testing reconciliation and validation activities.
Analyze requirements document process flows and translate business needs into functional specifications.
Troubleshoot system issues perform root-cause analysis and partner with implementation teams on remediation.
Create standard and custom reports using Oracle Cloud reporting tools and available data models.
Ensure functional design and testing outcomes remain aligned with enterprise transformation objectives.
Required Skills & Experience Strong functional background in Oracle Cloud HCM specifically within HTR processes.
Demonstrated experience executing SIT UAT and regression cycles in Oracle Cloud projects.
Familiarity with integrations involving HR payroll and time systems.
Hands-on experience with requirement gathering configuration review and validation activities.
Working knowledge of OIC PL/SQL and HR data models (for testing and analysis).
Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting global Oracle Cloud HCM programs or multi-entity deployments.
Ability to manage test cycles across distributed teams SI partners and business units.
