Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
- Manage the MDs calendar appointments and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence emails and documents.
- Draft letters reports presentations and meeting notes.
- Prepare agendas and follow up on action points from meetings.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely delivery of information and reports.
- Screen calls inquiries and requests handling them when appropriate.
3. Office Management
- Organize and maintain the MDs files and records.
- Oversee administrative activities to support executive operations.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings conferences and corporate events.
4. Strategic Support
- Assist the MD in tracking company goals KPIs and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research and prepare briefs for meetings or decision-making.
- Support business presentations investor decks and internal communications.
5. Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications and dealings.
