Job Summary

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
10 years of experience in software development and 3-
5 years of experience as a Product Owner preferably in the mining or construction
industries.
Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics
Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
Servant Leadership: Embrace a servant leadership approach with a proactive
can-do attitude and a curiosity to learn.
Communication and Project Management: Strong communication skills coupled with
excellent project management capabilities along with problem-solving skills and
attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in software development particularly in C C Python and
experience with embedded systems.
UI/UX Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with UI/UX teams to ensure
user-centric design and functionality.
Experience with agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Git.

Awareness of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-
Loop (SIL) testing methodologies
