We are looking for a Process Engineer of one our clients based in KWC ON region for their facility.
Shift - Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new program launches using APQP PPAP and Gantt-based project timelines
- Manage program status risks and launch readiness reporting to management
- Support equipment selection tooling fixtures and process development
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues (CNC presses lasers vision systems auxiliary equipment)
- Perform root cause analysis and support setup technicians with problem-solving
- Develop and improve control plans PFMEAs and process flows with Quality
- Analyze process capability (Cp/Cpk) and implement corrective actions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cell/workstation layouts
- Train setup technicians lead hands and supervisors on new and existing processes
- Coordinate with suppliers on tooling and process solutions
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience with a technical diploma
- 3 5 years of experience in a high-volume CNC manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of APQP PPAP ECNs PFMEA and process capability
- Experience with CMM GD&T fixtures cutting tools
