Position: Senior System Administrator

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior System Administrator to provide exceptional desktop support including troubleshooting software installations and PC maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and technical support with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Utilize knowledge of Windows OS and M365 for effective support and collaboration.
- Image and provision new hardware for customers while tracking onboarding activities.
- Document all work in ServiceNow and follow asset management processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and assist with testing processes and software changes.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Windows OS & M365 (5 years)
- Experience with imaging/provisioning hardware (5 years)
- Familiarity with MECM Active Directory Tanium Intune & Beyond Trust (3 years)
- Basic knowledge of Macintosh devices and a willingness to learn (3 years)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage customer requests effectively.
