Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented Data Quality Analysts / Data Operations Analysts to support a high-visibility project focused on optimizing data processes and ensuring the accuracy of key business information. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong data entry skills proficiency in navigating and updating information within enterprise systems a keen eye for detail and accuracy and the ability to review contracts and pricing information. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus. This is a temporary assignment expected to last 6 8 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate contract and pricing information against system data for completeness and accuracy.
Complete data entry and updates in internal systems.
Identify and address data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
Partner with account owners and internal team members to obtain missing information or clarify program structures.
Liaise with technology teams as needed to support data-related queries and script preparation
Document findings and corrections in a clear organized manner.
Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Able to maintain high quality data standards and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with property & casualty insurance and/or claims terminology and processes (preferred but not required)
Experience navigating and updating information within enterprise systems or web portals
Proficient with Microsoft Office products particularly Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
