Job Description:

We are looking for talented Data Analyst who can work with Stakeholders and solve business problems.

Required Skills & Experience:

Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development marketing techniques and business strategies.
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences revenue generation ad targeting and other business outcomes.
Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
Experience in Credit Analyst

Educational Qualifications:

Should have a Post-Graduate/MBA degree with specialization in any stream; Or a Graduate degree with experience in Data analyst in relevant industry.

Experience:

An overall experience of 4-7 years in Data Analyst in Finance Banking Investment Banking Fintech Rating Agency NBFC industry.

Excellent written verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively.

Strong financial analytics and technology orientation
